Short Briefing

Assalamualaikum to all friends,

So, process of collecting fund is in progress. We'll try our best to get as much as we can. And we hope to be done with this FYP.

To all sub groups, please make sure that everything on track. It's kind of hard to monitor individually. Let's be responsible with ourself. So far, we are happy with the progress made by the sub groups. Thanks.

Anyway, in few days time, we are gonna have our exams. Gud luck.

Budget

Assalamualaikum w.b.t to all members,

Here some updates regarding our FYP,

1) Our proposal has been approved by Prof Nasa. InsyaAllah, 'Jom Sihat' Programme will be held as we planned

2) For the time being, Mr Amin is our co-ordinator for FYP. So any inquiries or unsatisfactories, we can refer to him

3) Regarding the budget, Mr Amin said that there is no budget allocated for FYP from Kulliyyah or STAD. So, he suggests:
-to cut down our budget especially on printing and token appreciation to speaker. He suggests to do printing at department office.
-to find sponsor

InsyaAllah, by next week 25/10/2010, we will distribute sponsor letter and mini proposal to everyone.
Hopefully, everyone can give support for our Final Year Project. Your cooperation is highly appreciated.
